In this interesting episode, we have an unique character with multiple skills and talents to join us. He is none other than Terence “The Host” Koh. Terence is a professional host/emcee and also a coach in Actualize. He is also a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) blue belt. We have way too many things to talk about and one episode with this guy is definitely not enough. We are sure to bring him back again!
