#14: Redefining Failure
Before tuning into this episode, ask yourself the question, “How do I deal with failure?” Oftentimes, failure is criticized by society and painted in a negative light. In this episode, Zach and Cesco discuss the phenomenon of failure and aim to redefine its characteristics as neither good nor bad, but necessary. Redefining failure as an objective event, rather than a subjective negative experience can help build momentum to newer heights. Not only do both co-hosts reflect on their personal experiences dealing with failure, but they also use a generous amount of metaphors to help better understand failure as an asset, rather than a liability. Failure is inevitable, and in recognizing this, you allow yourself to accept and flow with the biological, emotional, and social implications that come with it.
