Description

In this episode, Zach and Cesco acknowledge the severity of how conflict manifests in our daily lives. Both co-hosts discuss different types of conflict (internal vs. external) and how our perception of these conflicts ultimately determine the reality of our experiential nature. Additionally, both aim to break down the societal stigma that conflict takes away, or negates, from individual experience, or meaning. They pose the idea that conflict is natural, necessary, and important for introspection. With this idea, Zach discusses a variety of ways in which one can proactively handle conflict with themselves, and/or with other people. Cesco specifically highlights the importance of speaking with conviction and trusting your intuition when making a decision. Ultimately, conflict is something that everyone deals with, all of the time, everywhere they go. It is inescapable and inevitable, yet it is also the gateway to liberation and the freedom of choice.
