For their 19th episode, Zach and Cesco had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Jeff Cherubini, professor of Kinesiology at Manhattan College, on as a special guest. Dr. Cherubini has been mentioned in podcast conversation in almost every episode because of the great impact he’s made on Zach and Cesco’s lives. Here, he gets personal and dives into his life story to shine light on what has made him the empathic, intentional, and dedicated person he is today.
In the episode, Dr. Cherubini discusses his endless list of job experiences and how he’s leveraged certain skills to foster personal and professional success. He breaks down the societal stigma of career awareness at a young age, discusses the role forgiveness has on embracing the present moment, how hope can motivate people to persevere, and the importance of loving what you do. The embodying qualities of Dr. Cherubini can be transitional to his personal life in being a compassionate father and husband. Not only does he encourage people to be curious, continuously ask questions, and love unconditionally, but he reminds us that we are currently living in the “Good Ol’ Days.”
