This podcast is hosted by two friends Rudys and Sam (some amazing guys if I do say so myself... ok I'll stop) who met in high school and wish to share their opinions on various topics and experiences with the world. They especially hope to provide a safe space to discuss mental health, from their own mental health journeys to tips and tricks that have helped them improve, and wish to give happiness to anyone who needs a lil smile :)
