Hello everyone - long time no see! Welcome to a BONUS episode of The Conn'Cast Podcast!
In this episode, we are joined by Ryan and Rowland of Men-Talk.Uk - a community interest company dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding men's mental health. They offer free weekly peer-support meetings in Sheerness, Kent (Every Friday evening at 7pm), that provide a safe environment for men to share experiences, listen, and support one another over a cup of tea or coffee.
Ryan and Rowland both shared their experiences on mental health; why they started Men-Talk.Uk in the first place - how it has grown in recent years, as well as sharing a bit of their own personal stories throughout their lives, especially with their own mental health!
