This is an episode I, along with everyone else involved, have been SO looking forward to sharing with you guys!
In this festive episode, I am joined by both cohost Cameron Ralph, and past guest Steph Millen, as we have an honest and open chat about 2024 in review - reflecting on the year and how we have managed/coped with our mental health, and we then also speak about the festive period and what this means to us, coupled with mental health.
I think if there is any takeaway to sum up this whole video; be kind. You really don't know what someone may be going through, regardless of how well you know them, so it really is important to be kind and considerate always, and especially during the festive period. Where this time is traditionally a joyful period for most, it can also be a period of pain, loss, or extreme loneliness and anxiety for many. So please be kind, reach out to your loved ones and let them know you love them. 💚
