Dr. Christina lays out the criticality of realizing and releasing trapped negative emotions. This process involves sitting in self-reflection, honest and open self-inventory. We must sit with it and process it. Making the time to be present in nature soothes our spirits and revitalizes us. We know instinctually what we need as we are spirits having a human experience. Have you ever felt drawn to swimming in a lake you are driving by, or are you aware of how you feel as you float in the ocean? Our self-awareness is our superpower to be cultivated internally. By digging deep into ourselves we can tap into profound healing and self-nurturing. Remember friends we are not our emotions; we are the awareness noticing the emotions. We are freeing ourselves from the past and the unhealthy restrictions it puts on us. The result of not choosing to heal is continued suffering, illness and negative energy and outlook on life. Trust the process, stay focused, stay committed to live in the present. Meditation with God is the key.
