We are not our ego, the voice in our heads. We are the awareness that observes the mind chatter. This understanding is key as we focus on self-reflection and how to incorporate it into our daily lives. Prioritizing alone time to self-reflect minimizes the buildup of chaos and procrastination, leading to judgement and regret. Self–reflection helps keep us grounded and present so we can process the recent past and make peace with it. We utilize self–accountability, focus, self–love & compassion. The perspective and perception gained fuel our growth and clarity. We can now see ourselves and others through the lens of dynamic change. We continue to build momentum pushing ourselves past the comfortability by being self-accountable. The quality of our lives will dramatically improve as we focus on making self-reflection part of our lifestyle.
