Cofounder of Productive Dentist Academy and recipient of the 2013 Stevie Female Entrepreneur of the Year. Victoria has not only consulted dental practices, she walked the talk by purchasing five practices and forming a network in the midwest.
Taking average collections from $650,000 to $1.2 million dollars, then leveraging them for sale as a group. Victoria roots are steeped in dentistry, practicing clinically for 15 years before engaging her background in business into consulting.
Together, she and Dr. Bruce Baird created and lead a national team of consultants and a full-service ad agency for dentists.
