Today I sat down to dish it with my cousin Rachel soon-to-be Dr. Rachel Deleveaux! She is a motivational speaker and educator who is passionate about closing the achievement disparities for students who come from marginalized backgrounds. She has mentored many people, particularly young women of color. Despite Dr. Deleveaux's many successes, her biggest accomplishment is having her son, who she attributes most of her reasons for what she does to. Rachel's ultimate goal is to reach as many people as she can and give them hope of a brighter future.
