Madison worked on yachts for seven years and recently made the move back home to Chicago. During her seven years, she was able to experience many incredible opportunities working with many different families across the globe. Her role as Head of Housekeeping on her last yacht connected her further to the staff and nannies who worked for the families on board. Through this connection, she was able to give us her perspective today about how to make the jobs of everyone go as smoothly as possible.
