Growing up in an abusive home and watching what alcoholism did to his parents, Alundas dealt with serious identity issues and struggled with functioning around others.
Living in a heavy gang area and kicked out of his home, Alundas questioned his existence and all the beliefs he had been taught growing up.
Then devastated by the loss of four close friends and his grandfather, along with all the trauma he experienced in the military, everything eventually started to come out in his marriage.
Knowing he needed to make some changes before he lost it all, Alundas went to work on himself and healing from the traumas of his past.
