An Author, Licensed Professional Counselor, Men’s Relationship Coach, Family Man and Pizza Aficionado, Chuck Chapman has been helping men all over the world overcome the shame that holds them back from living a life of freedom, grace, and abundance, just like he has learned to do.
Fourteen years ago, Chuck’s life was a different story.
Finding himself in a dark depression after his wife of 19 years left him, Chuck started comforting the pain with drugs and alcohol, leading him down a path of destruction for a few years.
Then one day he was given a book that would forever change his life. “It was like this guy had been following me, and written this book about me!”, says Chuck.
Discovering that he was living with “Nice Guy Syndrome”, Chuck started to face some hard truths about himself and got to work to correct them. He would spend the next few years deeply working on himself through studying, development exercises and personal therapy.
Along his journey, Chuck also discovered that he was not alone. Millions of men, just like him, were struggling with the same issues.
As he recovered and started living a life of integrity and operate in the world with joy and fulfillment, Chuck knew what his mission in life was … to help other men do the same.
He would spend the next few years studying and training to become a recovery and relationship coach, and even became a personal assistant to his mentor who not only helped with Chuck’s recovery but coached him as well.
Now sober for 14 years and thriving in all areas of his life, Chuck is on a mission to help other men overcome the Nice Guy Syndrome by living a life of honesty and integrity.
