You’ll never be happy if you’re chasing external validators. PB’s in the gym, new low’s on the scales, it’s never going to be enough and you’ll forever be searching for the missing piece.
I spoke to clients who finished up with me around 3 months ago to check-in and see how they were going. All of them came back and said they’d gained a few kg’s over the holiday period but are now back down to where they were and maintained so “I guess I’ll take that as a win”
