Do you think the enviroment that your son is brought up in shapes his life going forward?
How and when do you have a conversation with your son that because the colour of his skin some people in the world may not like him?
Do you tell your son to be a tell tell, a runner or stand up for himself and fight back, this could be in school or outside of school?
Should there be a change on how the football world is run in terms of recuriting young players, this could be the structure, for instance, adopting the USA scholarship approach?
Are the modern day players killing the football world or is it social media?
