time-blocking/scheduling in
set events (work, classes, etc)
schedule in movement (sign up for a yoga class one day, hike w a friend one day, zumba, at home workout))
set up things and books for the week, something to keep you learning and growing like courses, articles, tutorials
schedule time to see people you love (coffee dates, hikes, ft dates etc)
tasks
review year goals, month goals
dump all tasks
figure out what to prioritize over the other tasks on the list, what absolutely needs to get done now
identify which tasks you can move to month list or future/pending list to lighten your load
group into categories (errands, computer work, house work)
then designate to certain days
reset tasks
budget and look over finances (anticipate things you have to pay for coming up, what you can do better on)
clear space = clear mind (laundry, cleaning, declutter)
grocery shop and meal prep (healthy, high vibrational foods ready to go)
look at what days you’re working during lunch or need to bring an pre or after workout snack
prep stuff for the fridge that you can combine into meals, washed and cut kale, cut carrots, cooked lentils etc
set an intention and affirmation for the week
set out outfits that make you feel good

with your to dos, make then realistic and speak what you planned to do each day into existence
bring them to fruition by planning well and positively
set goals for what you want to accomplish, be realistic
do a journaling reflection on the past week
script positivity into the upcoming week
