In today’s episode I talk about having company meetings, it is important to not have a company meeting just for meetings sake. Always make sure that your meetings have purpose. At McAfee not only do we have entire company meetings, but we have, department meetings, leadership team meetings, and ever a quarterly Saturday morning meeting. Something that has always been important to me is opening our meetings with prayer. It is also important to have an outline or an agenda, not only for your people to know what the meeting is about, but to remain on task.
