If you’re not preparing for your team for the busy season, in the slow season don’t be disappointed when you don’t hit your goals. Don’t forget goals in the busy time, it’s easy to get caught up in the busyness. Some key things to work on in the slow season, so that you’re not working on them in the busy season is: marketing, team training, and maintenance.
