In today’s rerun episode Greg has the pleasure of having his son Travis on the show, they talk about his early involvement and work within Greg's company. Instead of taking on the family business, Travis in the 9th grade decided he wanted to teach and coach. After the completion of Travis’s master’s degree at the University of Dayton, he is currently pursuing further education at Boston College. They go on to talk about how in today’s world, kids will only go into trades if college does not work out. Travis gives Greg advice on how to hire millennials, by doing things like, giving more feedback, staying up to date with technology, being available for your team and having an open-door policy. He also talks about how to be a good leader for the younger generation. -- Question Of The Day: How do you become an attractive company for the younger generation to join a trade? -- HVAC Business Book: https://www.gregmcafee.com/resource-s...
