"Mental Health Transformations", is a group where each member has made a transformational shift in their wellbeing from mental distress and addiction to healing a whole new life of mental wellbeing. We are now looking to spread our message of hope that it is possible to heal and experience freedom to mental health and from physical diagnosis, addiction, and severe mental distress. Our group of 6 has shared talks for various mental health organisations and groups including Suffolk User Forum, The Pheonix Group in Ipswich, NHS Therapists along with a series of podcasts and webinars. The group offers a unique perspective on people suffering from their mental health and their recovery. Included in the group is an experienced international 3 Principles Educator and author, who has successfully helped countless people throughout the world who suffer from their mental health and addiction, a PHD scientist and a psychotherapist, but the proof or fruit of the tree is the members own experiences of recovery from severe distress and diagnosis--many of these conditions, experts have declared would render them likely to suffer from a lifetime of incurable suffering, Some members of the group have been on medication after spending years, and for some, decades, in the mental health system. Several group members now work in the mental health field themselves and help others find a new way of moving forward with their lives. Our life-altering changes came about after experiencing an insight of the 3 Universal Principles, as uncovered by Sydney Banks, and the profound effect they could have on people who were previously unable to find a way out of their suffering. Mental Health Transformations was formed in 2020 by Harry Derbitsky, educator with over 30 years’ experience and coach specialising in addiction, anxiety and mental health. Harry has worked extensively with clients from around the world and with indigenous communities in Canada, USA and other parts of the world. He is the author of 5 books as well as co-hosting several podcasts including Addiction, Alcoholism and the 3 Principles with over 20k combined downloads. Harry handpicked the group members based on their profound Transformations and insights from a life of mental suffering to a whole new life of healing after discovering the truth and teachings of the 3 Principles first uncovered by Syd Banks.
