Fabio Spiteri is an Ultra Athlete; one of only a two men to have cycled the 1000km around the coast line of Sicily in less than 48 hours, one of only a handful of athletes who have competed in the Triple Iron Man and one of even fewer that will be competing in this year's Quintuple Ironman.
In this episode of The Interviewer, we find out what it takes to be able to achieve such feats, what drives Fabio when times get tough, and the causes he raises money for as part of the challenge and why they are so dear to his heart.
Fabio also shares his role as one of the founders of Malta's newest full and half marathon, and why he and his colleagues decided that this was the time to bring the first AIMS internationally recognised full marathon to the Maltese shores on the 24th April 2022.
