In December last year Malta became the first country in Europe to permit restricted use of cannabis for recreational use, and in January this year Psychotherapist Mariella Dimech was appointed to chair the new Cannabis Authority.
Bearing in mind that Mariella had been known to strongly appose the law, it seemed the perfect opportunity to invite this well-loved and respected television presenter, practitioner and business woman back on to The Interviewer to talk about her apparent turnaround.
