Samuel Farrugia started his career traveling the world as a chef, cooking in the most amazing, crazy and beautiful places for royalty, business owners, sheep herders and everyone in between.

And when family circumstances brought Sam back to Malta, he took what he had learned and turned this hand to revamping a Maltese Classic as well as creating culinary experiences that make eating into an adventure.
