Doing the "inner work" and personal evolution will help you manifest the visions you receive from God. The "inner work" is to evolve your soul, change your mindset, and be at peace with your past. Work through and lovingly heal any traumas you've experienced so that you're ready to be fully present to serve your life's purpose, which is to fulfill God's plan for you.
