One of its languages is sensations, such as hearing, touching, seeing, tasting, smelling, temperature, and pain. Another of its languages is emotions, such as happiness, sadness, fear, contentment, love, hate, and everything else. Lastly, as a last line of defense, it also speaks the language of physical and mental health. This is what happens when you don’t heed your sensations or emotions. The body begins breaking down and developing illnesses. These are three forms of communication to help you live a long and healthy lives. If you listen. If you pay attention.
