There was a lot on the agenda at Thunder Bay City Council this week, with Host Jeff Walters giving a rundown on the James Whalen Tug, Council Composition decision and changes to the location of the Temporary Village. As well, Manager of Planning Services Devon McCloskey will chat about changes to delegated authority, and how it will speed up development in Thunder Bay.
