In this episode I am joined by Aimee from the Instagram page; Get Secondary Ready.

Aimee, until recently, was an assistant head in a high school and found a gap on social media in information on the transition from primary school to secondary school. She has joined us to share some of her knowledge ready for National Offer Day on 1st March.

• Getting your head around how to approach things.
• How to manage if you don't get the school you want.
• Reminders; like to check the email address you registered with.

She also talks about friendships, how busy year 6 is, phone use and something that I haven't heard mentioned before but is actually really important; It's a big change for your child but how it's also a big change for YOU too!

Aimee offers SO many practical tips that could potentially make a huge difference to your child's (and yours) transition to secondary school.
