Description

This week Tawny and Maria talk about Brene Brown's theory that we are all emotional beings that occasionally behave logically. They discuss the importance of regulating your emotions and how our ability to cope begins in childhood. Personal experience plays a huge role in how we handle our emotions and Tawny breaks down how she discovered how to identify what she was really feeling. Maria talks about how painful it can be when those around you can't see when a villain is clearly being a villain. Can you be in a relationship with someone you don't respect? Tawny and Maria both discuss how the respect and adoration in their respective relationships was slowly stripped away and how it changed their behavior towards their partners. At the end of the day, we're driven by so many animal instincts, but is it on us to learn to control ourselves?
