Hannah is a former Strength and Conditioning coach turned lifestyle transformation coach. Her personal fitness journey has been a story of overcoming obstacles to find her true purpose in this space. From competing too early to dealing with bad coaches to battling through repetitive injuries, she has transitioned her ideology towards that of empowering her clients to be adaptive by ditching the traditional diet culture in order to achieve permanent fat loss without restriction.
