In this episode we look at discrimination in workplace settings and how LGBTQIA are more likely to experience harassment, abuse and attacks than heterosexual employees. The role of employers/business and various industries of creating a space of inclusivity that ensure all employees no matter their sexuality, gender identity, race, etc. are treated fairly with dignity.
