Description

Join Louisa as she talks to Leanne about how alcohol creeped into her life over a long time period and the three main benefits she's now found since going sober.

Leanne suffered from panic attacks in the past and to the outside world looked like an incredibly moderate drinker didn't like the feeling of being drunk. As an ODP working in a hospital, she was used to dealing with the effects of alcohol and it didn't make a difference until one day she said enough was enough and the changes she's experienced are phenomenal.
