This weeks guest, Lucy signed up to a One Year No Beer challenge to kick start her sobriety and has truly embraced all of the positive changes sobriety brings.
Spurred on by the space that quitting alcohol created in the early days, she decided to connect with the @soberbutterflycollective where she has found her social circle has exploded with like minded sober friends and she's had so many opportunities to join in challenges.
From sober camping, forest bathing and sound baths through to gorge scrambling... she's now tried so many amazing things with her attitude of just saying 'yes'.Now in her second year, you can't help but be inspired by her story of going from daily drinking to truly embracing life.
