We talk more about the explosion of talent from the West Coast hip-hop in the early/mid 1980’s. He discusses the big dances, drawn from breakout groups and artists such as Egyptian Lover, Easy-E, Dr. Dre with World Class Wrecking Crew, Uncle Jamm’s Army, LA Dream Team, and others.
We then dive into his move from California to Arizona, building realationships with influencial pastors and churches, cutting his teeth being the soundman under pressure, all while carrying on a musical relationship with libraries continuing to create and submit tracks.
