Catalyzing our purification! How do we do it? Liz and Tarah share their own process of how challenges have aided in their purification of all that's no longer for them. These times are a huge catalyst to show us where we're still attached to the old ways and all within us that needs to go.
We talk about the perfection of the body in all the ways it speaks to us, setting intentions for the body, and surrendering to listen.
This time has been humanity's ask for a long time, to catalyze the awakening. We have gratitude for the grit and are in love with the grace. We have been given (among the many gifts of this time), a sharp vision and a clear "no."
