Description

Nutrition is much more than the food we eat, but it’s no doubt a big part of the story of our lives and our bodies.

In this episode, Liz and Tarah share their journeys over the years, trying many different ways of eating. Meat or no meat? Vegan or vegetarian? What should no human eat no matter what kind of diet they have?

We also touch on intuitive eating, Chinese nutrition, cleansing, connecting with our food through gratitude and presence, discernment for yourself and your body, raw milk and milk alternatives, and more.

Ultimately, what you allow and take into your body and field can either nourish you deeply, or not. Join us in this exploration and connect with what most nourishes you.

*Oat milk recipe: Soak one cup of oats in water overnight, rinse and add water to blend in the morning. You can add as much water as you’d like to your preference. You can also add vanilla, cinnamon, or anything else to your taste. It will last in the refrigerator for 4-7 days. If you forget to soak over night, you can also just add oats and water and blend.
