Today’s guest has battled with social anxiety his whole life, though now it no longer controls him like it used to. As he says, now he’s the one driving the bus while his social anxiety is just a passenger in the back. Kyle Mitchell shares his journey from his hardships in high school to him stuttering through all 15 minutes of his senior year speech to booking a Ted Talk where he will be a Speaker in less than a month. Kyle shows us that even though at one time something may seem impossible, through self-love, daily affirmations and hard work anything can become possible. During the episode he walks us through his 3 step process that has helped him and now so many others take back the power and control from their social anxiety.
