Description

Olivia Snoddy married into our family and we’re so lucky to have her. Recently at a cousins wedding we got to talking and she was telling me that for years she was chronically ill. Even though she saw a bunch of doctors, no one was able to help her, so she decided to take more of a naturopathic approach. She became much more aware of the importance of nutrition and she started eating healthier. She discovered meditation, breathwork, kundalini yoga, and the practice of gratitude. She also understood that lack of stress and a good mindset play a huge role in ones health. During the episode she shares about how all of these have drastically transformed her life and her health.
