During this episode I talk about tools I use and thing I do to help keep me in a positive mindset. When we are intentional and create practices we give ourselves the opportunity to consistently be in a positive state of being and the ability to come back once we've drifted away.
Some tools I use, which I go more in depth:
Surround myself with like-minded and like-hearted people
Practicing gratitude daily
Exercise. Yoga, running, long walks
Mindful and aware of my thoughts
Releasing thoughts that don't serve me
The knowledge that negative thoughts aren't me, they're my ego trying to protect me
