Kelly Kirk is the founder of 222Muscle – The Sofia Graham Foundation, a nonprofit committed to improving mental health through physical strength. He’s an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, certified John Maxwell keynote speaker, and veteran educator and coach.
After building several successful businesses and careers in sales and leadership, Kelly lost everything—his business, his family, and nearly his life—ending up homeless and at rock bottom.
Then he met Sofia, who believed in him when no one else did. Together, they started rebuilding what would become a powerful mission. After Sofia’s sudden passing, Kelly kept the promise they made: to lift others through the pain.
Through his foundation, speaking, and coaching, Kelly helps people “grow when they didn’t think it was possible,” and teaches the mindset of failing forward, using physical strength as a path to healing, growth, and leadership.
