She has a Bachelor's of Arts degree. She's a certified professional coach, grief and trauma recovery strategist, Reiki master teacher, spiritual counselor, and trauma survivor. She is also a member of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress. Claire has been in private practice for over 15 years, taught multiple grief and trauma workshops, hosted grief retreats, taught twice at the Global Grief Conference, and has been a podcast guest across the country.
She is also the author of Putting Out the Fire, Nurturing Mind, Body, and Spirit in the First Week of Loss, which has been called the most practical advice for the immediately bereaved available today.
