This week with Jay being back and the rock and roll news being pretty dead, Jay decides to flip this whole thing upside down. Adam takes over on the A Mic and Tommy has to sit back and enjoy the ride (we thought he was going to implode). This week the "Today Is" was brought to us by Monica Wilson. Adam lays the knowledge on the group for National Yo-Yo Day and much more. Tommy gets the privilege to introduce the #WTFrijoles.
