Description

Hello everybody and welcome back to another episode of The Uncommon Paradigm. Today, we're talking philosophy. Not the old man staring into the night sky, wondering what life is type of philosophy, no. We're diving into a new age philosophy that revolves around a global revolution aiming to answer how we, as humans – the creators and destroyers of biomes – can live in harmony with nature. We'll explore how we can use nature as a model to solve our global problems and why we should view nature as a mentor rather than something to be shaped or molded according to our desires, as it has been for so long.My guest today can help shed light on these questions. He holds the title of Doctor of Philosophy, which he achieved at the prestigious Oxford University. Additionally, he obtained his post-doctorate degree at the Institute of Philosophy in Lyon, France. Currently, he teaches environmental philosophy at both the University of Shanghai and the University of Lyon, and he's here to discuss his book! I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did preparing for it.
