Affirmations are a useful and helpful tool for those with an open mind and open heart.
It may also serve as a starting point to create positive self-esteem and or a positive self-image.
Affirmations can be written, recorded or stated out loud. It may be difficult (or con) to use them when someone is not ready for change or when they have a very heavy negative outlook on life.
