In today’s episode we talk to Charlie Young. Charlie is a marine biologist and presenter. She is also a free diver, scuba diver, wild swimmer and recently turned sailor as she took the plunge to go live and explore the oceans on a sailboat. We talk about her journey with free diving, how she fell in love with the sport, her most amazing dives to date (hint: it was at night and it may or may not have involved whale sharks) and her dreams for the future.
