In his third season at the helm of the SNC Women's Hockey team, AJ Aitken has begun to grow a winning culture for the program. In this interview, Coach Aitken recounts his beginnings in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada, as well as the memories from his playing days, including an MVP of the AJHL in 1996. Then, he transitions to discuss his coaching experiences and philosophies, and how that cultivates his ideal program atmosphere. Coach Aitken has 5 championships under his belt as a player and assistant coach and is confident he can achieve one as a head coach with the Women's Hockey Program.
