Tim Coghlin is a 5-time National Champion and 6-time NCHA Coach of the Year award winner, not to mention a Lee Remmel Award Winner in 2005, who is currently beginning his 28th season in De Pere as the Men's Hockey Coach.
Tim spends his time on the show discussing multiple aspects of the game of hockey and describes his career in the sport, laying down the events of his career and how he landed at Saint Norbert College, as well as what has kept him at this level for nearly 3 decades.
Coach Coghlin elaborates on his highly successful, recruit and develop strategy, which he argues is not respected enough in the game of college hockey.
