Description

Hello loves! It has been awhile and I am back with a new episode. This one is a life update all about my summer working as a costume designer for a film and my summer adventures exploring Ontario. I found so much medicine in these late summer days and wanted to share where I have been spending my time. I chat about the camping trip I went on to Lake Huron and taking in the beautiful blues of the water, camp fire meals and exploring the sand dunes. I then travel to a small fishing/cottage area called Chaffey's Lock near Kingston and I chat about the history of the area, a ghost story and the medicine I have found there in these late summer nights. I recorded this episode outside on a windy day so you will hear the wind in the episode, I hope it makes you feel like you are having a picnic with me outside by the lake. Things I also share about in this episode: healing plants like St. John's Wort, dahlia season, sunsets, deer and hummingbird encounters and the transition from late summer to fall.
