Today's Episode: The collapse of a major highway bridge on August 1, 2007, shocked the entire U.S. As the events unfolded on camera, Americans wondered how a 115 foot bridge could collapse during rush hour taking 111 cars down with it. By the time the NTSB was done with their investigation, there would be 40 year old answers at the cost of 13 lives and numerous injuries to others.
