In this episode, you will learn two tools to help you follow through on your eating protocol. Many of us have good, even great intentions of eating on plan, but often times we are faced with unplanned temptations that show up. We want to eat healthy, but a co-worker’s birthday and the delicious cake that comes with it, can derail us if we don’t utilize these two tools. When faced with temptations, we need to ask ourselves, “Does eating that serve me or serve my goal of losing weight?” Also when faced with an urge of eating something off plan, don’t resist the urge, simply learn to sit in the urge and process it.
